Our basic fee will be £…tba………… for the Disco equipment, lighting and personnel, any extra time or additional services specially required by you as an additional facility shall be subject to an additional charge.

A booking confirmation fee of £40.00 is to be forwarded together with the signed duplicate of a contract. This £40.00 confirmation fee will be deducted from the total hire cost and is non-returnable. The booking confirmation fee and duplicate contract MUST be returned within 21 days of issue otherwise it will be void.

You will provide a minimum of two 13 amp sockets.

Not less than 21 days notice must be given to us of any cancellation of the booking of the above facility otherwise the full cost of the hire of the equipment will become payable. On cancellation where 28 days (or less) notice is given half the basic fee will be charged.
 Any damage to disco equipment caused by any person other than the disc jockey will be charged to you the hirer of the Abracadabra disco after repair or replacement

These terms and conditions shall form part of the contract for the facilities, the order for which is accepted and no alteration will be accepted unless agreed by both parties. In the event of any inconsistency between the printed text and any alterations the former will prevail.

By our execution of the forgoing we confirm the booking of the said facilities and by your endorsement of the duplicate you  accept the liability to pay in full the specified fee and charges.

In the rare event of disorderly behaviour we reserve the right to finish the event earlier than stated on the contract for our personal safety and to prevent our equipment from being damaged.

All equiptment is P.A.T tested to electrical safety standard 16th Regs
